In this era, computer and modems are the inventions which help human in daily life. Their existence help human to communicates, study and work easier. With these inventions, it is possible for office workers to do much of their work from home instead of working in offices every day. Thus, working for workers and employers is very beneficial. In my opinion, working from home can help to reduce the cost of financial and helping the workers to perform well in their jobs

First and foremost, working from home can reduce the financial cost. As known, to go to work places, the workers have to spend their own money to go there. They have to pay toll and cars toll during their journey to work place. As the result, their money become decreasing. However, working from home will help them to cope with this problem. Their money are saved as they are only working at home.
On the other hand, working from home also will help the workers to perform well in work. The environment of the work place will influence the workers emotion. Bad environment will make the emotional of the workers being worse. As the result, they are not performing well in their work. In contrast, working from home will help to solve this problem. Working from home gives lot options which can help the workers doing great in their work. They feel more comfortable with their home surrounding which can help them to focus in their work.
As a conclusion, working from home should be encouraged as it brings lot of benefits to the employers and workers. With the uses of computer and modem, it will help the workers to work easily from their home. It is not only help the workers to work comfortably in their home but also perform well in their jobs,
